Return Policy:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you can return it for a refund within 30 days. The product must be returned in its original "Unused" condition and with its packaging intact.

Simply email us at: [email protected] and we will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 48 hours.

Your original purchase price will be refunded minus a flat $7 shipping and handling fee once the product is received back at our distribution center.

Used product cannot be accepted back for refund. If you are unsure about the procedure, just email us and we’ll help.

Warranty:

Your product is covered for 365 days from date of receipt from manufactures defects in material and workmanship. If you are in need of a warranty replacement, please email us at: [email protected] We will reply back to you within 48 hours.

Items that are torn up, chewed or soiled are not covered by our warranty.
